3D/4D Ultrasound Video

Feel like taking a peek inside the womb?  We did!

When Momma was pregnant with Ace, we had a 3D / 4D Ultrasound performed at 29 weeks along.  I wrote a post about the 3D / 4D Ultrasound back when we had it done, but I only posted a few pictures.

I was looking back some of the old pictures and videos we have of Ace and I came across his 3D / 4D Ultrasound video.  The video was a recording of our entire 20 minute session.

I reduced the 20 minute video down to about 2 minutes of the cool stuff.  You know, like moving around, making faces, and of course showing us how he can kick the crap out of Momma. (Not literally 😆 )

Anyways, I hope you enjoy, and if you decide to have another baby definitely consider having a 3D/4D Ultrasound done.  It was something I will never forget…

Dude, that video is amazing. You did a great job with it and its a great reminder of just how alive those little ones are so early on. Awesome.

Jared says: Just to think he had another 2+ months of developing to do! And he really looks like he did when he popped out of there. 😀

  2. Ed (zoesdad) says:

Not so sure about kicking the crap out of her but I swear my kids kicked the piss out of my wife. She had to go every 15 minutes during her pregnancies.

BTW–She will never see this video. She wants more and this will only add fuel to the fire. The video is way cool!

Jared says: My wife lived on the toilet too. 50% of the time was pissing, the other 50% was puking. 😀

That was awesome. I absolutely LOVED your credits also!

I had a 4D sono when I was pregnant with the Monkey, during the entire 45 minutes all the kid did was sleep!

That is some crazy, fascinating stuff. And as a fairly experienced kicker, I have to say the boy had potential way back then. You need to nurture Ace’s natural talent in that area.

Jared says: Good thought! Hmmm…how young can they be to start martial arts?

  12. dorky dad says:

My boy kept kicking my wife’s bladder. And when he wasn’t kicking my wife’s bladder he was sitting on it. She just lived in the bathroom.

Fantastic video, though. I can definitely see the benefit of one of those.

  15. Brandon says:

My wife and I are getting one on Wednesday. Can’t wait! We did one with the first kid too, but he either had his hand over his face, or was turned the wrong way for us to see him. The ultrasound tech suggested that my wife drink something with lots of sugar to wake him up, but she had her Gestational Diabetes test later that day, so she was terrified of failing that and refused.
