Remember when you were a kid and loved going swimming? Did you have a favorite game that you played in the pool? Did you ever imagine you had super powers?
I always imagined that i had some kind of underwater jet pack that propelled me through the water at high speeds.
If you could pick a super power to have in the pool, what would it be?
If you wished you could shoot “heat rays” from your eyes like Superman does, you should come swim in our pool. Apparently swimming in our pool causes just this phenomenom.
If a swimming kid places both palms upwards and stares at their parent, a beam will shoot from their eyes and zap their parent right in the face! Seriously!
Take a look at the picture I took of the warning on the side of our pool… 😆
That’s a good one. Those universally understood images are usually good for a laugh as they are universally foolish!
@PG –
I especially like the stick figure signs… 😀
I want that power! I also want to fly. Any help in that area.
@VegasDad –
A jet pack to fly to school was one of my dreams. If I ever figure it out, I’ll let ya know. 😀
Maybe I could get this for my pool… maybe not.
Ha ha. Hilarious! If you are not swimming; these instructional signs will always entertain you. Good thing to pass time 😉 You can think in all weird directions by these signs………..I just now did it 😉 Great post!
@Annie –
Thanks Annie!
My thoughts led me think more……Have you ever noticed signs in hospitals? Specially maternity hospitals. Or signs at Gynecologists/ Obstetrician? They rather make you laugh or confuse you to core: D
@Annie –
I’m not a regular visitor to the maternity hospital or OBGYN (I lack rather important parts), but next time I go I will definitely be on the lookout! 😀
I think teleportation would be my super power. The things you could do …ahh…. Anyway that picture is funny, this is what the internet was made for, trading silly pics that you find in your daily life. Keep up the good work Jared.
@JustDaddys.Net –
Teleportation would be a great power to have. Sure would cut down on my commute and cost for gas. 😀
I used to always think I had the mutant M on my hand…I was just waiting for those superpowers to appear…alas, I am but a mere superDad I guess…
@Dad of Divas –
Ah..hah! SUPER DAD to the rescue! 😀
Love your blog – following in your footsteps (hopefully) with dadorbust.com
Thanks for taking a look – your feedback would be awesome.
@Dadorbust.com –
I took a look and like what I see… Good stuff!
The woman does appear to be quite dazed. Powerful indeed!
@Ed (zoesdad) –
Just like most parents…dazed and confused. 😀
That is soooo funny!! What a great post! I’m rolling!
@Debbie Davis –
Thank for reading and commenting Debbie!
That’s hilarious!
@Momo Fali –
I looked at thing probably 20 times and it never really sank in. I must have been drunk or something at the time. 😀
Hysterical..the kids hands all “I have you under my power” hahaha.
